SoulWeather sessions are designed for those who prefer a calm, non-directive approach and value space over advice.

Who this is for?


This format may be supportive if you:
  • value personal agency and space over external advice
  • prefer a calm, non-directive, and reflective approach
  • seek to strengthen your internal capacity to regulate

This format may not be suitable if you:
  • require clinical diagnosis, psychiatric support, or crisis intervention
  • expect structured coaching, direct guidance, or ready-made solutions

The Environment & Readiness

The Space:

Ensure 60–120 minutes of undisturbed privacy in a quiet environment.


The State:

There is no requirement for a specific "request" or problem. The process begins with the current state, exactly as it is.


The Aftercare:

A minimum of 15 minutes of quiet time, ideally away from screens, is essential following the call. The work continues to unfold naturally once the session is closed.
