No. SoulWeather Studio offers a non-medical, non-clinical format. I do not diagnose or treat clinical disorders. If you are currently in psychotherapy, this work can be experienced as a supportive complement, but it is not a replacement for medical or psychological treatment.
How often should I book a session?
There is no fixed schedule. The approach prioritizes the quality of the impulse over the frequency of sessions. It often takes time for the system to integrate the experience of a single session. You will naturally sense when it is time for the next step.
What if I don’t have a clear goal or “request”?
This is perfectly normal. You do not need to formulate a specific problem. A sense of inner overload, a loss of orientation, or a simple desire to regain internal silence is enough. We begin exactly where you are in the present moment.
What should I prepare in advance?
You only need a stable internet connection and a quiet space. It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing and have a glass of water nearby. Please ensure that you will not be interrupted for the duration of the session.
