Language of the Work




The language of support forms a gentle bedding for the work process. It helps approach inner experience in a way that promotes safety, orientation, and regulation.

Words, images, and metaphors are used as instruments to deepen presence and explore experience through the body.
The body is approached as a living field in which experience unfolds.
Sensations, rhythm, and density speak long before words or thoughts arise.

This process is rooted in interoception — the nervous system's ability to perceive internal signals.

At the center is the recognition of the body as a space of presence, free from the need to be fixed or repaired.
Inner states are fluid and changeable — much like weather.

They may become dense or clear, tense or calm.

The intention is not to control these movements, but to expand the nervous system's capacity to notice and orient within them.
Metaphors often resonate with the body faster than explanations.

They support orientation and regulation without the pressure of interpretation.

Autonomy is always maintained: what resonates is taken in, while the rest is allowed to remain.
The body reacts continuously to both internal and external events.

These reactions are linked to neuroception — the unconscious process by which the nervous system perceives safety and tension.

They serve as points of orientation that gently bring attention back to the present moment.
Experience in the body is not felt at a single point, but through multiple layers of sensation and connection.

These layers create a sense of continuity and wholeness in the lived experience.

In somatic approaches, this is sometimes described through fascial layers — not as a medical concept, but as a language for the interconnectedness of the living system.
Integration refers to the natural process by which an experience finds its place over time.

This process is neither forced nor directed.

As experience settles, a sense of clarity, stability, and inner space may arise — contributing to a state of internal homeostasis, noticeable in freer breathing, grounding, and freedom of choice.
