How a session works

Each session follows a simple, gentle structure—with full attention to your individual pace.

  • Access and Preparation
    After payment, you receive access to your personal space,
    where you can choose the date and time of your meeting
    and review all the practical details.
  • Arrival and Attunement

    At the beginning of the session,

    we take time to slow down and sense your current state.


    Without analysis—simply through presence and attention.

  • Body-Oriented Work
    The session takes place in stillness—either sitting
    or lying down (you may remove your shoes for greater comfort).

    The work is directed toward what is already present:
    • tension,
    • physical sensations,
    • internal signals.

    Your state begins to respond on its own —

    primarily through the body and its natural reactions.

  • Integration and Completion
    Time is set aside at the end for the experience to settle
    and begin integrating into your system.
